This years Ardi is a fruit bomb with more vanilla and cocoa than last year! Vibrant cup with lots of sweetness, medium body, and terrific fruit juice acidity. 

The coffee originates from smallholder farmers and is meticulously processed at the Biru Bekele washing station located in the Guji region of Southern Ethiopia. The privilege of visiting these dedicated farmers who cultivate the Ardi variety has allowed for a direct observation of the exceptional quality, management, and attention that is invested into this naturally sun-dried coffee.
