Costa Rica Kenia Washed | AeroPress Brew Guide

I've been reaching for this coffee every morning lately, and this AeroPress recipe has been bringing out lots of blueberry jam sweetness with a bright, clean finish.

Recipe

  • 18 g coffee
  • Medium-coarse grind
  • 93°C water
  • 60 g bloom
  • Stir
  • At 0:20, pour to 225 g
  • Gentle agitation
  • Cap at 2:30
  • Press for 45–60 seconds
  • Dilute with 100 g water
  • Total brew time: 3:00–3:30
