I've been reaching for this coffee every morning lately, and this AeroPress recipe has been bringing out lots of blueberry jam sweetness with a bright, clean finish.
Recipe
- 18 g coffee
- Medium-coarse grind
- 93°C water
- 60 g bloom
- Stir
- At 0:20, pour to 225 g
- Gentle agitation
- Cap at 2:30
- Press for 45–60 seconds
- Dilute with 100 g water
- Total brew time: 3:00–3:30
