Limited release blend created in collaboration with Tommy Green and Against Traffic Industries alongside the release of his book on Saint Vitalis of Gaza. A portion of every bag sold supports the ongoing work of Against Traffic.

Crafted from Guatemala Colmenita and Costa Rica Las Torres Experimental, this blend offers a vibrant and expressive cup with notes of black cherry, dried apricot, and butterscotch.

Inspired by the life of Saint Vitalis, this release is a reminder to judge less readily, love more deeply, and remember that every person we meet bears the image of God. 

Each coffee includes a laminated icon card created to be kept as a bookmark or prayer card.
