Grown in Peru's San Martín region, this natural process coffee highlights the vibrant fruit character that careful cherry drying can produce. About APROCEB

Founded in 2020, the Cerro Blanco Producers Association (APROCEB) represents smallholder farming families in the community of La Victoria. Named after the region's distinctive white sand mountain, the association partners with Eleva Finca to preserve local agricultural traditions while promoting sustainable, organic farming practices that protect the area's unique microclimate.

By carefully drying whole coffee cherries on high-altitude patios, APROCEB produces naturally processed coffees that showcase remarkable sweetness, expressive fruit, and exceptional clarity from harvest to harvest.
