Belsnickel Blend
Details
12oz (340g)
Flavor Notes: Chocolate Covered Blueberries, Maple Syrup, Vanilla
Process: Natural + Honey Blend
Roast Level: Medium Roast
Impish? Admirable? Doesn’t matter. This tastes good.
Belsnickel is back baby, and this year’s version leans even harder into the chocolate-covered blueberry vibe without getting weird or over the top. No gimmicks, no “festive spice medley” nonsense, not even a bit of co-ferment to be found. Just a blend that tastes great and makes the holidays a little more fun.
We paired Ethiopia Ardi Natural (the blueberry classic) with Yunnan Guiben Honey Process (sweet, clean, and a little syrupy) to build something that hits those rich berry notes while keeping everything balanced and smooth. Think chocolate, blueberries, maple sweetness, and a touch of vanilla. Simple. Good.
It’s a medium roast that doesn’t take itself too seriously.. which is kind of the whole point. Whether you’re feeling admirable or impish this season, this blend has your back.
