Cafe 1040 is a missions organization that exists to mobilize the next generation of missionaries to the 3.1 billion people who have little to no access to the story of Jesus. But we know that the process from desiring to live overseas and actually getting there can be long and confusing. There are common obstacles that keep people from serving, and we exist to help close this gap. We do this by running a three-month missions mentorship and training program in the 10/40 window to give young adults the experience necessary to be able to say yes to whatever their next step is in the Great Commission.

As a part of the Operations Team, it is my role to streamline this process and provide resources for students and fellow employees alike to be able to perform their roles in the Great Commission effectively and sustainably. I maintain internal infrastructure and work in a variety of fields such as finance, HR, communications, and research. I love working in this operational capacity, and I am blessed to be able to do this as a ministry within global missions.
