Discover the rich, full flavor of our Colombian Decaf from the Huila Department. This regional blend is sourced from small farms in the Pitalito Municipality, grown at elevations between 1500-1700 meters. The beans, a mix of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties, are decaffeinated using the sugarcane method, preserving the coffee’s natural sweetness and bright acidity. The result is a well-balanced cup with notes of caramel, chocolate, and subtle citrus, perfect for any time of day.

From the Decaf Plant: Decaffeinated at Descafecol, Colombia's only decaf plant located in Manizales, Caldas. With over 30 years of experience in coffee industrialization, Descafecol uses an innovative sugarcane process to naturally decaffeinate coffee beans, ensuring they retain their original flavors without the caffeine.
