Region:
Experience the unique flavors of Guatemala Buenos Aires Natural, a standout coffee sourced from the highlands of Huehuetenango. Grown by the Asociación de Apicultores y Caficultores de Union Cantinil (AAPICUC), this Bourbon variety thrives at elevations of 1,300-2,000 masl in nutrient-rich, clay-like soil.

In the Mug:
Processed naturally and dried on raised beds, it offers a bright, fruit-forward profile with a lingering, sweet finish. We’re getting strong notes of strawberry and blackberry upfront, followed by a crisp, sweet green apple as the cup cools. The sweetness and aroma from the grounds evoke raw sugar and hints of baking spices, all layered with an intense berry top note.

Sustainable Practices:
AAPICUC integrates beekeeping with coffee farming, increasing yields by up to 25% while promoting biodiversity. The cooperative also filters water used in processing to protect local waterways, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.

Perfect for those who enjoy dynamic, fruit-forward coffees, this microlot is an excellent choice for both pour-over and espresso.
