About This Coffee
Paradigm is our cornerstone medium roast, built for creamy balance and everyday versatility. China Kaku lays down a round, sweet base; Harrar natural adds dried-berry and cocoa-nib depth; and washed Yirgacheffe lifts the finish with gentle tea-like clarity. Roasted to medium with a touch more development, it leans into malt chocolate and toasted pecan with a caramelized, dried-berry finish that stays clean in milk or black.

With smooth notes of malt chocolate, pecan, and caramel, Paradigm delivers a full-bodied, approachable cup with a syrupy texture. Ideal for both espresso and drip, it’s a daily go-to for those who appreciate a well-rounded, satisfying coffee.

Steps:

1. Invert Aeropress and ensure a good seal.

2. Wet the filter to remove paper taste.

3. Weigh 16g of coffee and grind on a medium setting.

4. Add coffee to Aeropress on scale.

5. Start timer and pour 170g water quickly.

6. Stir 3 times to incorporate grounds.

7. At 2 minutes, stir 3 more times.

8. Attach filter cap, flip onto mug, and press for 30 seconds.
