About This Coffee
Paradigm 2025 brings together three distinctive coffees for a cup that’s creamy, sweet, and effortlessly balanced.
Honey-processed Costa Rica Las Torres adds rich caramel sweetness and body; Harrar Natural builds depth with dried-berry undertones and cocoa warmth; and washed Yirgacheffe introduces a soft floral note and clean finish.
Roasted to a medium roast, Paradigm leans into malt-chocolate smoothness and toasted-pecan richness, finishing with a lingering dried-fruit sweetness that holds beautifully in milk or black. This is a standard specialty espresso roast level, not citrus forward or acidic like a lighter roast like Nova but far from the more bitter darker side of coffee we have with Atlas (a more traditional medium roast) and Steadfast (specialty tribute to old school dark roasts).
It’s our cornerstone medium roast approachable yet layered, crafted for both daily comfort and subtle complexity.
